As a food reviewer, I had the pleasure of trying some of their appetizers, and let me tell you, they were outstanding. From the Fish Taco to the Chicken Karaage and the White O and Tuna Poki, each dish was bursting with fresh flavors and unique combinations. One standout was the Dynamite, a baked dish with onions, mushrooms, scallop, and crab that truly lived up to its name.
But what truly sets Sushi Junai 2 apart is their Baked Rolls. The Death Valley Roll with crab, asparagus, cream cheese, and a delightful mix of sauces was a true taste sensation. And the Mountain Roll, topped with salmon and eel sauce, was equally delicious.
Overall, the experience at Sushi Junai 2 was nothing short of exceptional. The flavors, the presentation, and the service all exceeded my expectations. So if you're in the mood for top-notch sushi in Austin, this is the place to be.

Good sushi option if you are looking for both the all you can eat or just order off the menu. We’ve stopped in for the lunch bento box and had the all you can eat sushi both have been worth it. They have a wide variety of options if you want all you can eat to include many items that aren’t even sushi, apps, ramen, ect. The prices are reasonable for what you can pack away. It says you have an hour from when you order but I doubt they’ll be timing you unless you make some kind of issue. Staff is polite, quick to get items or take orders

Honestly the BEST sushi for such a great value. You must do the all-you-can-eat option. The sushi is prepared fresh to order and delicious. I love ordering the nigiri options!

$36 for all-you-can-eat for anything and everything on the menu. Tons of options on the menu. Quick service. Above average fish quality. I will certainly be feasting here again.

Love it, much more space than the original restaurant which is very nice and the sushi was delicious. Excellent service!

It was a good 'first-time-here' experience. The staff were super attentive and the items we ordered were really delicious. I say it was a good value since my teenage son can probably eat about $60 worth of sushi from other places. Doing eat all you can at about $37 seems like a good value for him. I will definitely recommend to friends!

I'm so excited to find Cajun albacore. This is the first place that I've found it in the 10 years of living here. I also appreciate the small rice portions for the sushi with the all up can eat menu. The rolls were good. I'll have to try others. The sashimi and handroll were just ok. Overall, it was a great casual location for sushi. Thankful for parking and ease to be seated quickly.

First time at an all you can eat sushi restaurant. All I can say was wow absolutely everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Just tell them what you want off the menu and they make it and bring it to you. Make sure you go with a few people that way everything ordered gets eaten otherwise they'll charge you for the items not finished. Which was fine, considering it was made specifically for you, and not just a big batch of it made up and put out like a buffet.

This place is awesome!!!! Definitely worth a visit for the all you can eat menu option. The bites I had were soo yummy!!! A few rolls and a bunch of good options! Go hungry!!!

Attentive service and good food. I appreciated their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the meal. We didn’t use the “all you can eat” but I’ve heard is really good value if you like to eat a lot of sushi. They accept credit cards and parking is easy.

Just came out of here and had a great experience mostly due to our waiter, Eric. He was very nice and accommodating and gave us great recommendations. He made our dining experience amazing there. The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because the 4 stars was for Eric and the reason I held back one star was because of the manager. She was not very pleasant and didn't seem nice to Eric, even though he was one of the nicest people employee and he greeted everyone with a very kind hearted attitude. I hope to see him there again next time we come and if he's not there anymore then I don't plan on returning.
